Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ephrata
8/10 Good
"Would have given it a five-star but this is a brand new hotel so they're still working out the Kinks they're still waiting on an elevator inspection so if you're above the first floor you have to take the stairs however the staff is more than willing to help you carry anything you need up to your room I expect that in the near future everything will be fully up and running and I would definitely give it a five star the staff was very friendly and helpful the food in the morning was great that you're comfortable and everything was very clean and tidy"
"Location is perfect - right across the street from lake, we were able to swim every morning without having to move our car. The property is beautifully maintained with flowers everywhere. Room was nice, beds were good - too many pillows, though. Literally ten pillows on each bed."
"The rooms are newly renovated, so they're very nice. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Parking was easy and the location was walkable to everything."
"Nice staff, convenient location, great rates. Our room was very clean and had many small convenience items to make our stay easy. The hotel itself is dated and it could use some remodeling. The kitchenette was laid out oddly and it doesn’t include basic cooking or dining amenities (dishes, cups, pots, pans, utensils, etc.)"
"We had a great night here! Perfect place to crash for the night before heading to the Gorge for some music. The staff were all very kind and timely when we had requests. The beds were soft, but comfier than we expected. It's nothing fancy, but it's clean and fit our needs exactly. We'll definitely be back again!"
