"We only stayed one night, but if we come back, this will definitely be our hotel. My family consists of 6. The kids were so happy in the pool and the breakfast was complete. Hotel was Clean and comfortable, and the staff very nice."

"Excellent location for an event at the arena! The room was a good size and the kitchen area was a bonus, stocked with dishes and glasses. Breakfast had a good variety of items and the coffee was very good. Only complaint was I’d texted prior to arrival that we’d need linens for the sofabed and none were found. It took 2 calls to the front desk to get them. Otherwise, it’s a very nice hotel and we’d stay here again."

"We stayed downtown for the Rod Stewart concert. The Hyatt is nice, the staff at check in were very polite. The bartender was great. Highly recommended this hotel for a stay downtown, hope to stay again."

"We had no water or ice, the breakfast in the morning was very terrible. All there was , yogurt, pancakes, cut up fruit, coffee was horrible. Sorry to say, I was expecting a lot more for the price I paid."

"They need to change their check-in policies to operate like a normal hotel and not have a security check stage that delays you getting to your room. They need to have a standard check in full service lobby that can deal with key issues and do wake up calls like a normal hotel."

"Stayed overnight to attend D-backs games. Room was perfect, clean, easy walk to stadium, and they held our bags and kept car parked next day after checkout and until game was over."

"The additional $25 daily destination fee was disappointing. It would be greatly appreciated if guests had the option to opt out of this fee or if it could be eliminated altogether, as this would enhance the overall guest experience."

"The outside of this hotel had a lot of homeless/junkies around. I did not feel safe coming in and out the hotel. Parking is 35 a night. They have hidden fees that were not explained. They returned 30 out of 120 deposit."

"Everything was great other than the fact that I informed that I would be arriving at 2. My room was not ready upon arriving at 3 (due to traffic). I was not given my room until 5. I had to rush to get ready for the plans I had. The bath tub didn’t drain properly so I was standing in my own filth as I showered. Pretty disappointing for a Marriot."

"Clean and adequate for a short stay. Not walking distance to pretty much anything... food, restaurants or stores. Shower head was more like a power washer... rip off your eyelids if not careful."
