"First I only booked the room due to it advertising that there was a hot tub. False they do not. I mentioned that and the front desk said there’s nothing they do for advertisement. The room keys didn’t work so they switched our rooms and again the room keys stopped working, went to take a hot bath and the tub had rust along with the faucets, I took pictures and showed the front desk and they said that had do with house keeping. I asked to speak to a manager and wanted a refund and was told I’d...

"Great air conditioner, appears to be a new unit, room was recently updated, carpets bathroom and everything appeared to be new. "

"Stayed two night. The hotel was unable to ever get me a hotel key. I told the lady at the desk I needed to go get something to eat around 10:15 pm. Got back to the hotel around 11. The front desk was closed and I was locked out of the hotel. The lady didn't tell me the dask closed at 10:30 or 11. Luckily someone was going out to there car so I was able to get in called a number that was at the front desk. Few minutes later a worker came and let me in my room. The hotel has no blackout....
