Easy access to many places, food, state street. The restaurant at the hotel has great food and again the staff, just super nice, welcoming and professional at same time. "The AC wasn't working in one of the two rooms I had booked. They had no other rooms available. They said they will give me a discount for our inconvenience."

"We arrived earlier than the 3pm check in and the staff check availability for rooms that were finished being cleaned. They ended up finding us the rooms we booked and even next to each other. This was fantastic and allowed our whole family to be together with the joining rooms. Would stay again 100%"

"Horrible. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There were cockroaches in the room. We killed one, and two others ran away. We had to sleep with the lights on and couldn’t move a single thing—not even the sheets. The AC filter was filthy. There were drug addicts outside, and it seems to be a common problem in the area. The room also smelled like cat urine. We had to leave all of our belongings in the car because we were afraid of bringing a cockroach home with us. DO NOT STAY THERE!!! This place...

"It was our first time here. All employees were very pleasant and helpful. The music is great. Dining at Council Oaks steak and seafood was a great experience. Will definitely be back for that. Pool was very nice and well maintained. Bartenders and servers will go out of their way to make you feel on vacation. Rooms are pricey - nothing too showy- but they do the job. We don’t gamble and still had a great time."

"Definitely outdated. I only reserved 2 nights just in case I wanted to change hotels for the rest of my seven day visit to Abingdon and I’m glad I did. Bathroom fan didn’t work. There were only two small drawers to put stuff in. Only 4 coat hangers left yet there were 4 more metal hanging clips without hangers. No coffee machine in room. Small tv. Won’t be returning. I apologize for not taking pictures."

"Our room was so large and spacious. We had room to take 4 mountain bikes into our room. With plenty of walking room. Everything was clean and great. The kids loved swimming in the indoor pool."
