"We enjoyed a lovely one night stay at Agents House. We were met with a very warm welcome from the owners and were made to feel instantly at home. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice of home cooked dishes. Location is excellent, on a quiet back road and only a few miles from Hay on Wye. Thoroughly recommended"

"We have stayed here on numerous occasions & find the staff are always friendly / helpful. However upon my original booking, it would have been nice to know that the pub now closes at 4pm every Sunday. I was looking forward to an evening meal as it has always been excellent in the past. I do concider the cost high to stay in a pub & considering we were not able to use all the amenities. So I may look elsewhere on my next visit to see family in Leominster."

"What a wonderful local pub that is dog friendly. The owners / managers and the staff were friendly, helpful and nothing too much. Chatty locals. Locally sourced super home cooked food and locally brewed IPA. Clun is a nice village for a wander around after dinner. Last minute booking before rally driving would definitely visit again"

"We were made very welcome by Wendy and Lawrence on our arrival. We sat outside in the sunny garden with a mug of tea and a caramel bar. We had the entire dining room to ourselves. "Needed a place close to Shropshire to visit rellys - my wife found this online and the photos and reviews were stellar. The longest, twistiest single lane country road with flocks of bantams took 15 minutes to reach the lodge from theain A road. Crazy!
