"Great location, few blocks away from the chaos of Time Square and steps from the subway and great restaurants. The staff is amazing! Our check in person on Friday May 10, mentioned Moulin Rouge and Boy George finishing up soon, she looked into when his last performance was (without us asking) and called up to our room that May 12 was his last day, beyond great service. Large, clean rooms, coming back in the fall!!"

"Great location if you’re in New York to visit and see some shows. Walking distance to all the theaters. Very close to the subway entrance. Tons of restaurants nearby. Easy to use to subway to get everywhere. The Pearl has a nice pastry and bagel with coffee free breakfast and wine at night for free. Nice clean modern rooms that are a good size. Great value for the cost. We have been there twice now and will be back again! "

"Staff made no flexibility in attempting to check in 1 hour early. Also , charging $1 per bag to store until room is ready seems really low class. It is not that the $1 fee is charged, but rather the fact that they have such a charge at all!!!!!"

"It is on 7th avenue, 1 block off Broadway & a 10–15 minute easy walk to any Broadway show and Times Square. Subway & busses all around. Only a few blocks from Rockefeller Ctr & 5th avenue shopping. The hotel has a ‘resort fee’ but they give you $30 night as compensation for you to use in restaurants. We got breakfast for 2 each morning in the cafe. They also have the smart elevators where you input the floor you’re going to & it tells you which elevator is for you. This saves so much time as the...
