"The location is great and the staff are efficient. The cleaning lady was really sweet and helpful and very available. My only complaint is how expensive it is, but that is par for the course in Times Square. They tack on so many extra fees in New York City it’s really outrageous so when you think you are paying a certain amount through Expedia, it turns out to be considerably more by the time you pay all the extra fees.. It’s nice that there is a mini fridge, although the hairdryer did not work properly and the spray wand in the shower was unusable because the stand didn’t work so it just fell out when you tried to adjust it. I don’t like those overhead soaker showerheads because I don’t always want to get my hair wet. Kind of disappointed there was no bath since it was such an expensive room. Last time I paid more and stayed in a room with a view and that was a lot more exciting. The gym is really nice so that’s one of the main reasons I stay here. Overall, I came back for a reason. It’s a good hotel."
