"The facilities were nice but they messed up our billing. We got charged twice and they canceled an additional day of our stay by text. While the day shift manager did fix the issue it still bothers me that they can cancel a reservation by text."

"There was plenty of parking but that is the extent of the pluses. The person who checked me in did not code the key card properly so that was the first thing. The ice machine was broken. The sheets had an acne sticker fused to the sheet. There was a spot of blood on the sheet as well. The water was very hot in the sink but just a little over warm in the shower. The shower head needs replacing or the water pressure is just terrible but all it did was a little more than a trickle. We went down for breakfast, there was no meat. They had scrambled eggs, biscuits and a powdered gravy. There was a pancake machine but they came out very flat and barely warm enough to melt the butter. The oj was bitter and they seemed to shut off the machine around 9am. I would not recommend this property to anyone."
