"My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights as a special celebration for our 10 year anniversary but also celebrating our mini-moon from marrying earlier this year and also celebrating our first time in Paris. We had previously stayed in the 25hrs Hotel in Berlin (our first holiday together!) so were excited to visit this hotel in Paris.
Location was perfect, we took the Eurostar to Paris so walking straight out of Gare Du Nord and into the hotel was perfect, especially when you lots of luggage with you. It was ideal being close to a big station when we were getting out and exploring the city too.
Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and welcoming. After we mentioned what a special trip this was for us they kindly upgraded our room and gave us vouchers for drinks in the bar to celebrate which was super appreciated and lovely to do.
Our room was lovely and clean with one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in. The complimentary snacks & drinks in the fridge were great and so was the view of our Gare Du Nord from our little balcony! Room was also soundproof.
Due to our busy schedule we sadly did not make it to the bar or restaurant so cannot comment on those, but we did experience the breakfast twice on our stay which we thoroughly enjoyed.
Our only negative comment would be that the elevators weren’t particularly reliable so we took the stairs when able, however we were made aware of this when checking in.
All in all we had a great stay here and would visit again"
