"We were a little underwhelmed when we stayed at the Dewberry. It is nice but not for the price you pay. We stayed at another hotel for 3 days before that & had impeccable service & rooms so maybe that is why but we didn't feel like there was anything really special about our room here. The location is far away from all the things we wanted to do, which was fine because we don't mind walking, but just something to note. The rooftop bar is a must & you get preferred access if you stay there...

"We paid extra for a room with a balcony and we were literally placed in the corner next to the maid closet. So every morning they slam the door open(no fault of theirs it’s just the way the door opens onto their carts as they stock them). Then no balcony. Second floor yet people on street just talking, not shouting sounded as if they were in our room. I paid a lot of money and was nothing but disappointed with this property. I now see why people don’t like to stay here."

"From the beginning of entering this property we were greeted with a very polite young man Luis and a lovely young lady Angel. Check in was so easy and the parking is located directly across the street. "The staff went out of our way to make us feel welcome. We received a welcome basket with local treats when we arrived and breakfast delivered to the room every morning. There was a happy hour with wine, beer and charcuterie each evening. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was modern and a good size.
