"There is zero management to speak to and no way to even speak.or meggage them crazy the bed had sperm and qubic hair on the bed and poor staff zero ability to do anything about so booked another hotel across the road , the room 300 had been used ! Some told me this is 4th a situation had happened and believed it a staff or shop worker etc as door are left open whilst not in use ! I will taking this expedia directly "

"hotel instalações muito velha banheiro com vazamentos na hidro da descarga, cama que dizem ser de casal é cama de viúvo e muito barulhenta totalmente desconfortável, um detalhe que acabei passando despercebido na hora da reserva não tem estacionamento é muito difícil estacionar perto do hotel"

"Atendimento excelente, hotel limpo, cafe da manhã ótimo, localização excelente. Faltou secador de cabelo em um dos quartos e pegamos e tbm, por Poços ser um lugar mais frio, sugiro que os Ar sejam quente e frio. Mas isso não vai me impedir de retornar. Obrigada !"

Upon checkout the front desk said I owed additional amount which was over double that I already paid hotels.com! I almost missed my flight going back and forth with the front desk. It was a complete nightmare. This hotel obviously is running a scam on foreign tourists by trying to change the hotel price after check in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"
