"We booked a suite for 2 nights due to the proximity of the hotel to the airport. We were offered a free upgrade to the presidential suite. The room was simply amazing. Very spacious, elegant, modern, fully equipped and luxurious. Sauna and Hamam inside the room! The whole facility is very well preserved, excellent decorated and sparkling clean. "Sehr schöner Hotel, mit sehr hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern und sehr gutem Service. Wir sind um 9:45 angekommen, weil wir einen frühreren Flug gehabt haben und, trotzdem wurde unser Zimmer um 10:15 fertig und die Zimmerreinigung ebenfalls für uns Prio genommen. (obwohl die Check-in Zeit um 15:00) gewesen wäre. Am Abfugstag, wurden uns Launchpakete vorbereitet. Es war eine 10/10 in jedem Aspekt (Ruhige Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiter, der ausgewöhnliche Meerblick und die ganz sauberen Zimmer)! - Wien "
