The hotel itself, the grounds, the scenary and the food are all amazing. But the standout aspect and what would make me return is the staff. They were all so welcoming, friendly and attentive. They really couldn't do enough for you. Would highly recommend. The Lady Helen restaurant was fantastic too.

This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. The Estate has two lodging locations. We stayed at the Manor which is a renovated Manor Estate from the early 19th century. The Estate is very walkable and has magnificent scenery. Breakfast included and very reasonable rates.

Wonderful property and experiences! Well-maintained and clean. Courteous and professional staff. The Hound was a pleasant setting with excellent food. A relaxing break.

Our 4 night staywent very well from the warm welcome , the great breakfast choice, the quiet and comfortable room not to mention the estate itself for walking and relaxing. Oh yes there is a Golf course as well. There is a lot of places of interest to visit in the area as well as many local arts and crafts studios near by. Just ask the staff they will go out of their way to help.

We had some issues checking in, but they were resolved within a few hours. Pros: Beautiful history. Large rooms in the Manor House. The Christmas decorations were gorgeous. Overall, 4 1/2 stars.

This property is just so wonderful! Every single staff member is eager to help you. They greet you when you first drive up, have easily accessible parking as well as valet for those that need it. Incredibly comfortable beds that you can sink into after a long day of exploring. The rooms and entire estate are decorated immaculately and with great taste. Just gorgeous. We also had dinner on property. The hound did not disappoint. I had the steak with the peppercorn sauce and it is a must try! We also had breakfast the next morning which was included with your stay and it was a wonderful buffet with lots to choose from! This estate is absolutely the most affordable stay we had for the money and was one of the highlights of our stay here in Ireland! 🇮🇪Thank you so much!
