The staff was great, very helpful. There wasn't an elevator so my arthritic knees didn't like getting to the room. There were small issues with the room which the very helpful staff corrected.

The room I was in smelled like cigarettes and I asked for a refund since I wouldn’t be staying there. My boyfriend offered me a room at his place. I walked up to the counter about 20 minutes after checking in not opening anything or dirtying anything asked for a refund which your site says I am entitled to and they said no They said you have to send something to them and your agents don’t know what that something is. I will not be using this company or location again and I will be going back to this town. Sad how you can’t trust the promises but either company
