"Dormir in Windham was perfect for my needs. The front desk agent who checked me in at 2:00 a.m. was friendly and helpful. The hotel reception area and my room were spotlessly clean. My room had a really nice configuration: one large bed (much better than the typical 2 queens for a single guest!), a couch, plenty of floor space, plenty of electrical outlets, lots of storage areas to stash my stuff, and a decent-sized bathroom. The Dormir was perfect. Thank you!"
"The staff was excellent. The coffee in the room and office was great to have. The room was so well decorated and clean. I wish they had conditioner in the shower as a toiletry."
"The fire alarm went off the night we stayed because someone was smoking in their room. They let us back in after a little bit we finally got settled into bed around 11pm and they went off again (to reset the system which would have been nice if they called the rooms to let people know it was going to go off again) Since we didn't know that my kids woke back up scared. The redeeming quality in all this experience was the Overnight manager. She was very calm and kind and settled us all down especially my son who was terrified and didn't want to stay at that point. They did end up refunding our stay without any issues."
