"The overall decor, rooftop bar + rooftop bar staff and proximity to everything to explore Boston was a 5/5. But if I’m being honest, everything else was a 2/5 or 2.5/5. Had an instance when I was waiting in line to get more toilet paper for my room and the Citizen “ambassador” made me wait longer because she saw a guest struggling with check-out even though I was next in line. "Aesthetically the property is very nice .
Location is very far from public transport.
It is close walking distance to many restaurants
The breakfast was ok not so many options compared to other chain hotels .
The terrace upstairs on top of the building didn’t have a lot of outside seating and was very crowded sadly . So We had to sit inside
The beds were not comfortable the mattress was very soft and sloped and the pillows not comfortable and for it being a fairly new hotel the furniture was...

"Paid over USD 450 for a night which is equivalent to the quality and standard for Quality Inn which cost USD 110 a night. The room and bed is so so and not comfortable. Very thin mattress and pillows. Hard to sleep. Do not book this Hyatt Regency if you don’t need to stay in the Chinatown area. I do not recommend this hotel. I give it a two stars."
