"We left this hotel after one night - we were suppose to be there 2 nights - the smell or cigarettes and pot were strong in the hallway and going into our rooms - the front desk staff was great and helped us check in Travis was very helpful- but the weed smell too strong that would never stay there again. "

"We were in the Event Center, and the bathrooms were disgusting. We would go back to our room on Saturday. Sunday we had to check out at 11am; and using the bathroom was horrendous. I don’t know why they didn’t have event staff checking on them every so often"

"This place is so very nice. Love the whole key west vibe. Rooms are very clean and the bed we slept in was so very comfortable. The lady that was working that evening was awesome. Her name is Tammy. Would most definitely recommend this place to anyone. "

"Staff were amazing it was heavy winds and other hotels lost power. The Hampton workers worked hard to get as many people rooms as possibly In a very short time frame. "

"I was kind of worried when I got in the shower. When I pulled the knob to release the shower water, the whole faucet seemed like it was going to come out of the wall. Bring your own tissues, unless you like the sheet paper kind. Had to get the 1’s from my car.
The breakfast and staff in the dining room get 5stars ! Bed was comfy. Could have used another chair in our room. Plenty of heat. "
