Check in was very good, the room was brilliant in a great location. The only downside was the breakfast, plates were cold, the cooked food was cold and the bread for toast was very stale.

The staff were warm and welcoming on our arrival. One of the rooms in our party was for a person with an electric wheelchair. The accessible room was perfect. The Gresham Aparthotel
Needed to add an extra night due to one of my siblings being end of life. The lady on reception was so kind to find me a good rate and stay in the same room. This is why I choose to stay at the Gresham every time I need to visit my family. I can’t fault the place in the least. Will keep coming back ...
