"Sebaiknya diberikan penjelasan lagi apa yang dimaksud standard room, ditulis single bed nyatanya saya dapat twin bed karena yang dimaksud dengan standard room saja berarti pihak hotel bebas menempatkan tamu di kamar jenis manapun. Sayangnya resepsionis merespon biasanya jg begitu di app manapun, saya baru pertama kali mendapatkan experience begini sejak 5 tahun memakai apps"

"The hotel and its staff are wonderful! We were walking distance from the two main shopping malls. The area around the hotel is definitely third world, overly populated and lots of vendors, but everyone is super nice!! We felt safe walking to and from the malls and you just have to be aware of your surroundings or you could get run over by a moped or car. The food in the hotel was delicious! "

"I really enjoyed my stay at AYANA Midplaza JAKARTA. Everything from check-in to checkout was smooth, and the service felt top notch the whole way through. The highlight for me was definitely the gym—it was surprisingly comprehensive for a hotel, with plenty of equipment to keep up my usual routine. Rooms were comfortable, the hotel was well-kept, and overall it felt like a great mix of comfort and quality. Would absolutely stay again!"

"Four of us stayed in the Suite with extra bed. Overall the facilities and amenities in the room were great especially the under ground direct access to the Plaza Senayan mall, and it was just next to the GBK sports park. The only disappointment was that we had to wait 2.5 hours since we checked in for our room to be ready. But the Reception staff was kind to offer a very late check out to help console us. Breakfast experience was also great."
