"I had a great solo staycation. When I was there, they were doing work on the elevator but had it resolved in about a day. Breakfast was hot and served everyday. The room was clean and staff were very attentive. The area is perfect, and everything I needed wasn’t more than a couple miles away. Would def recommend staying here."

"I like the Front desk staff, They were extremely accommodating, I booked a room there after my surgery, Because I was not in a position to drive two hours home. My refrigerator was not working, I notified the front desk. Someone was there in minutes to fix the issue. I don’t usually partake in the free breakfast, But do to my situation I was pleased with how much attention was given to spread that was given out, all in all I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Staff with a lot of attitude, not helpful. Initial charge when I checked in was higher than expedia. All the person said was that it was all correct on his part. They had added a refundable deposit but could explain that until I showed him the email and the total cost. No smiles Parking is charged by the day like they are Downtown or something, and registering the car is at an independent web site that is a complete pain, especially with a rental car. "Staff was great! Dining area for breakfast was very small! It looks hard for staff to move about the tight space to refill food and clean the counters. Very quiet throughout the building, just occasional noise from ppl going into their room. Rooms were clean but the Carpet was dirty and needs to be replaced with Tile Flooring throughout! It made the room look bad. Bathroom was nice and clean and bright! Luggage cart was extremely difficult to maneuver with and without luggage on...
