"Rentamos este hotel como a las 8:00 pm porque estamos de viaje e íbamos a dormir en el camino por lo tanto íbamos a llegar en la madrugada, cuando llegamos no había nadie en la oficina solo un número de teléfono al cual llamar pero nunca nos contestaron por lo tanto tuvimos que irnos a rentar otro hotel. Expedía nos va a reembolsar el dinero. Yo reviso las políticas del hotel y en ninguna parte decía que no podía hacer check in tarde sino no lo rento."

"Said my card had been declined and the room I had reserved had been taken by someone else in the meantime because of that - but never got that as a message from Expedia. Idk if that was Expedia's fault or not. So he gave us a higher price for a different room that was available. Also said the price was set by Expedia so he couldn't change it. Needed a place to stay and everything at other places was booked so we just went with it, but it was pretty odd. Room was fine, very basic. Towels are too...
