The open window helper the temperature, but we were unable to sleep due to the street noise. We checked out the mext morning, ate the cost of 5 days and made arrangements elsewhere. "We tried to check in around 7 and there was no one at the desk and a sign saying they were short staffed. The hotel message o line said check in before 8 PM. So there was no person. No phone answered and no room key under our name in the file on the desk for customers. We did not get to stay and had to book another hotel. I will need a refund. "
