"The restaurant was not set up well for breakfast. We were not told that there was no table service Monday and Tuesday. The waitress for the to go breakfast was unpleasant when we were sitting down waiting for menus. That's the only time we were told no table service. There was one person at the front desk that was uncooperative. When asked a question he didn't want to answer it. I later learned that he didn't know anything. Nick was at the desk the following day and he was great!...

"Breakfasts were ok. Bar needs to be opened Earlier maybe 3:00. Housekeeping was sadly lacking. We stayed 5 nights. On the 3rd day we had to ask for towels and trash removal since household had not been there since check in. They came with towels and emptied trash, that’s all. Never had clean towels after that. Our, bathroom was never cleaned, no new beverage glasses provided at all. Bed never made entire stay. Informed front desk at check out. Clerk was nice and apologized."

"Room accommodations were excellent, clean, well equipped and served. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING!! It was well supplied and had a wonderful variety. The service people kept all the offering full and available. On the down side, the hotel advertised happy hour, 5-7pm, daily, but on Wednesday and Thursday of our stay, the main desk staff stated that the Happy Hour staff didn't show up. Then they just shrugged it off, as if that was a normal occurrence??"

"Absolutely horrendous experience. Place smelled like mildew with some air freshener trying to mask it. HORRIBLE staff. From rude front desk workers to valets insisting on cash tips at drop off, I haven’t had that bad of service I don’t think ever. Room was filthy and dangerous and my son actually injured himself in the bathroom twice. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I don’t normally write these, but someone needs to tell everyone. This place isn’t that much cheaper than the graduate. Go there...

"Very convenient location and nice clean hotel for a shorter stay. We had family suit for 5 and it was spacey and well equipped. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. Also, the AC made very loud noises which was unfortunate during the night. Otherwise, the staff was pleasant, and breakfast was simple yet tasty."

"Solo female traveler, only stayed for one night. It was nice! The bed was comfy, nice big TV, front desk staff was amazing. The breakfast was great too. quite a bit of hair in the shower left over from the person before me would be my only complaint lol."
