This is the worst 4 star hotel ever. Should not even worth 1 star. They do not turn on air conditioner in the Lobby. The room air conditioner barely work!!! It was July in Tianjin, super hot and humid.

Our only complaint was that the free breakfast is supposed to go until 10; we went down at 9 and there was nothing left on the buffet but 3 slices of bread.
