Was given wrong type of room, twice before this was sorted. All three rooms were dusty, behind and on the television and other fittings as well as the carpet. Went for lunch on our first day in the lobby 'bar'. Ordered, waited 20 minutes and then was told later our order was out of stock. Same thing happened when we re-ordered, one burger was brought out and then we were told there were none left. Hot springs were dirty, KFC delivery left everywhere! Not very impressed

第二次入住，同样满意

这是第二次入住，因为第一次住宿感觉非常好，这次朋友聚会选的这里。硬件都很棒，房间大。服务也还是很好的。只是周边没有什么可玩儿的，冬天蓟县滑雪场也不大。感觉春天秋天更合适，有农家乐和采摘，在这里住一晚就更完美了。这次是冬天入住，晚上的游泳池水温稍凉，其他的都无可挑剔了。

酒店很新，位置也不错，房间很大，虽然是网络订房，给的房间位置很正，也不会像在美国的酒店，看你是中国人+网络订房，都给你角落的房屋，不然就在制冰机旁边的。在蓟县城区的东北角，去往东陵的路上，就是目前周边都是建筑工地，酒店内部环境不错，晚餐自助就这么回事，很一般般，早餐自助很丰盛。服务人员很热情，态度很好。
