"It’s a gem! The family and staff tending the hotel could not be more helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and even though the hotel is small the rooms are large and very comfortable. Beautiful place!!"

My only issue is that I stayed in the smaller rooms on the first level and it could get quite loud at night because it was like constant music playing, and most importantly there was no stool in the room or a tall mirror there is a place on the wall that American can go in a stool or some type of chair could’ve been put under the sink in the washroom, which would’ve been so helpful for like doing hair and makeup and just checking how...

"Kind, courteous staff. Only stayed here one night when arriving in Cartagena before heading to the islands. Wish we had come back here for the second part of our trip in Cartagena. Convenient location to lively nightlife, restaurants, etc yet no right on the corner and rooms are away from the street so they are *quiet* at night. "

"Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well kept. Only complaint would be the room we stayed in was a little tight and little to no closet space. But we would definitely visit again."
