The only things that kept me from rating it 5 stars was that one day housekeeping did not tidy up the room, so the next day I had to request this service. "Nice place if you’re passing through quickly. For any longer stay, please be aware that there are no amenities, such as complementary water soap, shampoo, coffee, in the lake that usually come with higher end hotels. In fact, if you wanted a drink of fresh water, you had to take the cup out of the room to the hallway by the elevator and fill it up at a water fountain. Not too convenient!"
