"Location was close to our activity. Excellent staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nicely presented with good amenities. Clean quiet with excellent views over the lagoon. Superb service in the restaurant with a great menu and convenient opening hours. We'll be staying here next time we holiday in Rarotonga."

"Excellent location - a short walk to the Nuri night markets, which you can do along the beach. We were met personally by the manager Ana who explained everything to us, and checked in during our stay to make sure we had enough coffee, towels, etc. Very good amenities in the rooms. "We would absolutely 💯 rate Motu for anyone wanting to have a private and peaceful stay in Rarotonga. Amy. & Claire are very helpful in all aspects of ensuring you have a great stay. Offering advice on activities and restaurants - cafes etc and will make bookings on your behalf. We have just returned after 10 days. Sadly the wind coming off the lagoon - ocean made it cooler when sitting outside our villa ( oceanfront ) plus it was their winter, but in the sheltered pool area it was lovely and warm. There is the rooster wake up calls but it’s not bad. Chester the resort dog and Kiki the cat are friendly. One day I’d love to get back. Thank you Motu for helping make our first visit, an amazing visit to Rarotonga."

"Great location on muri beach, my partner and i loved putting the kayaks the owner had available for free to use! Spent most days looking out at the beach, snorkelling and enjoying the place. Tiana’s beach has the essentials and doesn’t over do it. Wish we had some more towels and or linen but it was no big deal and we had a great time."

"Our view was perfect, the room was cleaned to perfection each day, the gardens were gorgeous, they had enough paddle boards & kayaks for everyone to use anytime, & the food at the restaurant was delicious. "A fantastic property with truly lovely staff. Kimberly and Kelly just made life easy in a place which is already pretty relaxed. The view from the bungalow was great and proximity to Charlie’s, Little Polynesian resort and everything in Muri The beach, snorkeling and swimming right in front of the bungalows was brilliant and as we walked a good few kms both ways we were lucky how good we got it"

"We were moved to the Moana Sands Beachfront Villas for our stay. 10/10 amazing! We would stay here again. The staff were amazing and friendly. Clean room every day. They gave us late check out without even having to ask. Ever early morning there would be men outside cleaning the pool and raking the sand so it looked picture perfect every day. They did a great job. Great location, more remote then staying near the airport but the most beautiful beach/coast and close to the turtles. Right next to the Wigmores supermarket and pizza restaurant and a cafe. 5 min drive to the Muri night market. Beautiful big rooms with ocean view. Beach access and the pool."
