There was some confusion about how to pay the pet fee. We called to let them know we were bringing a pet and they seemed surprised by this when we arrived. The second day we were told by one of the cleaners that we must call Sue right away as if paying the pet fee was an emergency. This seemed a bit strange but we called...

"The perfect jumping off point for our northern coast adventure. Great restaurants are within walking distance and you have to visit the rock shop and crack a geode! Plan to take the antique train for shopping and be sure to visit all the fun cheese factories too. Everything was great at the hotel, and we will be back."
