Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location, the open air design of the hotel lets you get a feeling of being up amongst the Pine trees in the mountains of Baguio. Staff were great, we loved every minute of our stay. Little negative, as with the rest of the Philippines, Wifi not the best in the room.

Check-in was efficient and friendly. We arrived at 3.30am and were offered an extra night at a reduced rate, which was very good as my wife and I were ready to sleep. The restaurant meals were a bit hit and miss as certain things were not available. The buffet breakfast was nice but a few more variations for the foreigner would help. All the staff were attentive and friendly. Special mention for the breakfast staff and the room attendant.

We have enjoyed our stay the room is excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful. The Wifi and breakfast are excellent. The kitchenette was a bonus as I was able to cook talbos ng sayote which I have been craving for years and when I requested for some calamansi they came and gave me a few.

Good communication with the provider helped answer questions before arriving, plus were accommodating in checking in late and leaving early.
We stayed in a one bed apartment in bonbel and it easily accommodated a family of 2 adults and 3 children.
The apartment had secure parking, 24/7 security and a gym and sauna.
The apartment had everything needed for self catering, including rice cooker, pot's, pans, plate's, cutlery etc. Water was provided as well. Towels were provided along with spare...
