"Paying almost $700 for 2 night single person is outrageous. In regards to that I was traveling with family and they knew it but still placed me in a handicapped room on another floor. I am not handicapped but they would not move me to another room. It was very uncomfortable. Seems check in desk are very young and not experienced in customer service. "

"Place has the necessities. There isn’t a lot of room For more that one group to use the jacuzzi, the tv in the room kept going to ‘no signal’ and when working, the local channels never worked. Breakfast was ok, there could be more hot fresh food options. The bathroom was small and the curtain rod was coming off of the wall and the beds easily moved exposing the metal bed frames. It wasn’t a great stay but wasn’t horrible."

"The gentleman for the evening shift was sooo nice and helpful with me and my daughter, who got sick at night. I am grateful he provided us with something to eat from the breakfast menu so she could take her strong medication so late at night."

"Hotel first impressions were good, the night clerk was very helpful. The hotel is very spacious also. But after going to my room there were crumbs and long hairs in my bedsheets before I even got in the bed. I always check for bedbugs but noticed they don’t keep a waterproof mattress cover on top to protect from stains or accidents. The mattress smelled bad. As for breakfast, while I was toasting some bread I noticed a very foul smell (like some animal rotting). I couldn’t figure out where...

"The room had the standard thru the wall air condtiioner smell. Breakfast was ok. They have a pancake machine which was a nice change from waffles. Some noise from the road but it was to be expected since facing the highway."

"Room was comfortable and very clean. The kitchen area was well stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking pots. The complementary breakfast was very good and a great way to start the day. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous."
