Lovely hotel, modern rooms and facilities, comfortable. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, that made the difference in my stay. Good selection of choice for breakfast. I would definitely stay again if I visited the country.

I stayed here for about four days. Location is perfect for all needs in a more upscale safe neighborhood. The room was Small but adequate. Breakfast was varied. The sweetest Staff ever. So helpful and openhearted. Will return!

Average stay

Very centric and well located hotel. It is on the 9th and 10th floor of the building and inside, thereare no elevators so good luck if you carry a heavy luggage. Big room and comfortable bed. Big bathroom, but lacking all kind of amenities: no conditioner, no body milk... For breakfast you better wake up early otherwise there is nothing available, and they do not refill. And only one coffee per person is allowed, if you want more, you have to pay (?) Free access to a small gym with some machines, free weights and cardio equipment

Interesting location - the hotel is only on the 9th 10th and 11th floors of the building so dont exoect a majestic front entrance. The elevator to the hotel is inside the lobby and goes up the outside of the building. Once you're there the hotel is excellent. Good rooms, friendly staff and a freat breakfast selection.

This is not the worst hotel for sure In Tirana I guess but certainly is not the best one. There is mosquitoes in the room and almost ate me that night ! Meanwhile one of the staffs in the evening was really rude , asking me to have my passport to keep in reception and said it is local policy! I asked local friends they never heard about this and they told me the staff is just being racist and think I am a drug dealer ! He is also very rude to my friend greeting me in the reception like a police but not a receptionist! When I check out , another receptionist keep questioning me if I used any thing in the min bar and go back to account the wines and beers! It is amazing to see how unprofessional and unfriendly they are ! So far my worst experience in Albania! It seems too many new hotels open but people in the industry are not ready for international tourism and a lot of education need to carry on here about common sense and treat everyone equally!

Vi havde den mest fantastiske oplevelse på dette hotel. Det var en lille smule svært at finde igennem, hvad der virkede til at være en indgangsport til en shoppingcenter. Elsa tog imod os i receptionen, og vi fik utroligt god service. Hver morgen blev der serveret latte-art, når vi spurgte til det, og morgenmad var enormt lækker med stor variation fra dag til dag. Vi havde ikke forstået, at fitness centeret ligger i samme bygning men ikke er inde i hotellet - det ligger i en seperat opgang og er en fitnesskæde, hotellet har lejet sig ind ved. Elsa i receptionen har vundet vores hjerter, og vi havde en fantastisk tur til Albanien!

Spa et restaurant fermés pendant tout le séjour

Hotel de standing bien situé dans le quartier Blloku pour découvrir le centre-ville à pieds. Nous avons été un peu déçus de trouver le Spa fermé pendant toute la durée de notre séjour car c’est un des principaux critères qui nous avait fait choisir cet établissement ! Le restaurant de l’hôtel était également fermé… bien dommage en pleine saison touristique…

Zu empfehlen für einen Städte-Sightseeing-Trip

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalte für einen kurzen Städtetrip. Wir waren 3 Nächte dort. Ein Parkplatz bei dieser Lage des Hotels zu haben ist gold wert! Die Lage war einzigartig toll, fußläufig alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichbar und in unmittelbarer Umgebung viele Restaurants und Cafes. Das Zimmer war sauber, etwas staubig. Aber bei der Luftqualität in Tirana muss man damit einfach leben. Das Frühstück war schlicht aber lecker und ausreichend für einen guten Start in den Tag! Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt würden wir wiederkehren!

Really kind staff who went above and beyond when being helpful with taxis and early morning checkout. Location was excellent, room was huge, WiFi reliable. Would definitely stay here again.

Poor standard, bad service

Small room. Seems smaller than what's stated. Almost no space for luggage and other stuff. Poor breakfast. Dry cheese, dry bread, dry vegetables... Seems like the same food keeps going in an out. We were promised a breakfast bag for the last morning, because of early check out. But nothing was prepared and we had to leave without it. No warm water for hand wash. In the shower there was warm water after some waiting time. The room was clean. Location is excellent.

The location is on a busy street, convenient for restaurants, shopping and walking around, but not if you aim for quiet and rest. The hotel is at the top of a tall, partly business building. The spacious and comfortable room but no balcony or daily curtains. Clean. Limited choices for breakfast but nice food. Very pleasant staff at the reception and in the restaurant.
