They were huge with every facility required, fridge, hairdryer, toiletries etc. The reception and restaurant staff at the hotel were brilliant, friendly, helpful and attentive. We ate evening meal a couple of times and the food is really good and good value. Could not fault the place."

The pool, sauna and rouladen blinds led up to the most restful sleep, which we needed. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakfast - delightful. "Sandra at the front desk was an absolutely fabulous person. She had the answers to all my questions and was so warm and friendly. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and fresh every morning. And the young man and young lady (on Saturday) had smiles on their faces which is refreshing in the morning. Go to the 3rd floor for an unforgettable view. And I almost forgotvto mention my room was spotless and super clean. Thank you"

"This place is a guest house, you book a bedroom and have access to a table and a Small kitchenette and microwave oven. Every room has a private bathroom and TV, but no TV services. Federico is very responsive and friendly, there’s a parking lot nearby and the area is very safe at night."

"Von der Frühstücksterasse kann man die Spitze der Campanile sehen. Dementsprechend zentral liegt die Unterkunft. Es ist ein gemütliches Gebäude. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig."

"A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!"
