Budget Inn Cocoa
Good location friendly staff cheap rates outdated but not really a problem. The room was very dirty, every corner and walls was dirty. Under bed was trash and filthy, huge black mold spot on bottom of wall between bathroom and bed. Bed comforters torn stained and multiple cigarette burn holes.

Comfort Suites Titusville near Kennedy Space Center
Check in and out was a breeze and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The room itself was large and comfortable with great views on our side of ponds/canals, so we were able to watch fish, turtles, and birds swimming and catching their morning breakfast.
