La reserva que yo hice no era la misma, las fotos que ponen en expedia no son las misma de habitación que te dan, la persona a cargo te dice que eso no lo administra él. En cuanto a la limpieza fue mala y teníamos unos ratoncitos a demás de sus caquitas, de igual manera nadie se hace responsable, íbamos con niños y pedimos cambio de habitación. Después de mucho discutir y realmente pedir lo que habíamos pagado accedieron a darnos otra habitación, pero querían que pagáramos $1,000 pesos extras, lo cual por supuesto no aceptamos, jamás nos dieron la clave para el Wifi, y ni se diga del desayuno, el restaurante bar abre a las 9 am, creo que no es para que abran tan tarde. En fin la verdad no esta tan bueno el lugar, pero no esta bien que le mientan a la gente de esta manera.

Estancia bien pero... Houston, tenemos un problema

La cabaña muy bien. Limpia y agradable. El muchacho a cargo muy atento y servicial. Desgraciadamente el restaurante fuera de servicio por lo que tuvimos que salir a comprar algo a la miscelánea mas cercana para cenar y desayunar. Por lo mismo el desayuno continental "incluído"... pues no hubo tal.

Caro, muy caro yo no regresaré. Lo siento

Eramos los unicos hospedados, esta muy oscuro y el administrador no prende luz afuera de las cabañas. Le apodamos "La Cabaña del Horror" Se supone que nos iban a dar un vagon como cabaña, nos dieron una cabaña. Mentira no había Wifi y en la TV solo se veía un par de canales. Literalmente te quedas a merced de tu suerte. El desayuno es simplemente café, pan y fruta. Y lo sirven después de las 10 am. Muy mal para mi gusto. Como positivo conoci al dueño, un señor muy amable.
