"The property owner is very nice, but the condition of the outside of the house was surprising. There are several old trailers along the driveway, old lumber, trash and old building supplies. There is one bedroom on the main level and bathroom with the only shower downstairs. Upstairs has three VERY small bedrooms and an usual bathroom with a tub. "Nicely renovated rooms, right on the waterfront. Walking distance to restaurants. The restaurant in the complex has amazing sushi! Also excellent selection of beverages. The rooms have full kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, sink, dishes, glasses, cutlery. The TV system has a lot of channels. Everything is very clean."
