The rooms are clean and tidy and no one comes in to tidy up, or change bed clothes etc, which didn't affect us at all but might upset some people who are used to a daily turn down service. You can go to reception at any time and ask for new towels and they are most helpful. It's also right next door to a station on the main transport system (MVV) to get any where in Munich. Well maintained common areas including kitchen and laundry room with complimentary coffee, soda, and water (hot, cold, and even sparkling ).
But it’s not for me. There is no 24 hours reception service. As a female solo tourist, safety is the most priority. I didn’t feel safe without 24 hours reception.
