Everything was good. Just that they have one washing machine and one dryer for the whole hotel which was sad. So please be considerate of other people when doing laundry.

Near to the station, has a convenience store near, a lot of restaurants, drugstore. The rooms are REALLY small, if staying with many luggage you will have a hard time. Nice staff.

Japanese hotels at the cheaper end have small rooms. This hotel was no exception. APA hotels are everywhere it seems. From this hotel I could walk to Tokyo Station in about 20-25 minutes by a mostly straight route. The nearest subway is well connected

We booked for 3 rooms and we’re happy that we’re all on the same floor as I’ve requested. Rooms are small which is very common in Tokyo but it’s good enough for 2 pax and it’s nice that you can store your luggage under the bed which is so smart. The hotel is located very close to Ningyocho station and has a family mart just a block away. Staff is polite however got a misunderstanding on the extension of stay as one staff told us the price differently which I got a bit upset as I thought that their price will be standard and as I know Japanese people are very honest and won’t take advantage of other people but in the end everything went well. We will definitely stay in this hotel if we visit Tokyo again.

The room is so small that if you open a suitcase, there is only space to stand for one person! The quality for price is outrageous.

Pros outweigh the cons. I am glad I chose this hotel because of how close it was to the ningyocho station, it was super easy to check in and out. For a single traveler the room size was not a problem, even though it was smaller than American hotel rooms. I accidentally selected a smoking room which was my fault. Because it was a smoking room I assume they don’t keep them as clean as the non smoking. Room clearly had the yellow/brown tint and dust everywhere on top of the smell. HOWEVER I went to the front desk and asked to switch to a non smoking room. They were completely booked but were empathetic and let me have an air purifier which did help and made it a lot more bearable. There are restaurants nearby the hotel, and the ningyocho area was actually very nice and not crazy busy like some of the surrounding districts. If I had to choose again, I’d stay in this location again. But I would choose a non smoking room
