Good hotel with great location, easy access to almost everywhere, 5 mins walk to JR, Metro, and Monorail Tokyo. Cost around 8000 Yen by taxi to this hotel to Haneda airport. Room are relatively small but its amenities and room facilities are good.

Room is small because this is tokyo. Cant blame anyone since the room size is listed. Ok close to 浜松站, 大門站，and still walking distance to Yurikamome. Will be a great choice if there is no large luggage (180cm). Also have subway station connects to Haneda airport. The staff helps me to call taxi to airport and about 7500 yen. Bathroom / toilet are surprisingly large and clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. Can ask them anything. Check-in check out are easy enough. Something i dont like is , the furniture is old. Scratch mark on wall.

The curtains were torn and wallpaper was ripping off but otherwise clean. Quiet neighbourhood thats about a 5-10 minute walk to a subway station. Note there is no ac in the units. You must open the window to cool down the unit

酒店位置十分方便，距離JR濱松町站約五分鐘路程，附近有餐廳及便利店，解決一切需要。 酒店位處商廈附近，晚上較為寧靜，易於入睡。 這一次行程我的航班由羽田機場出發，酒店去濱松町Monorail站同樣只需五分鐘路程，然後搭二十分鐘便到達機場，十分方便。

The best part of this hotel is that it is very closely and conveniently located to the JR Hamamatsucho station. This station is also directly connected to the Tokyo Haneda Airport monorail so very easy access from the airport.

The room size is very very small. There’s barely any room to open one bigger luggage. The chairs were more in the way than useful in my opinion.

The room layout was perfect for our family of four. Four large “twin” beds (more like full size from the US std)… separate shower and toilet… lots of space. Location was perfect. Local trains and airport trains. Nice walk to Tokyo tower. 7/11 around the corner. Nice noodle shop right next to 7/11. Lots of nice touches for the hotel! Book with confidence

The location was very convenient to mass transit. We were disappointed that there was no air conditioning for our room. The hotel had changed over to central heating. Therefore our room for a hot a 24.5c before we had all HVAC turned off. We had to open the window. During the day/ closed at night due to the noise, cutting off any air circulation. Also, it was advertising daily cleaning. This did not happen. Instead it was every 4 days.

The hotel itself is good and the location is great with 2 train stations within a few minutes walk. There are numerous kombinis nearby (Lawson, Family Mart, 7/11). We stayed in a Hollywood twin which had an ok amount of space for a room in Japan. The hotel doesn’t offer daily cleaning which is the same as most hotels in Japan now, due to environmental policies. The room had a form of air con however it is centrally controlled and at some times was blasting hot air. We did have a window in the room we could open a bit but it was a bit of an oven at certain times and really uncomfortable. You can put your rubbish outside your door for collection or bath towels but you don’t get replacements, like at other hotels who hang a replenishment bag on your door handle for you to take into the room. Cleaning staff are lovely. We asked for new bath towels at the reception but the staff gave us hand towels. Japanese staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful, European staff members weren’t and were unhelpful at check-in where they just assumed we knew what to press on the self check-in screen and hiw to sort our own room key. They were quite patronising when they did show us what to do. One lift in the hotel which is fine for quiet times but if you need to use it to get up or down in the hotel quickly at busy times you’re stuck. One washer and one dryer at the hotel which smelled quite damp. Roof terrace does have some great views of the city and Tokyo Tower.

Our second time staying at this hotel. Rooms still feel clean and well-maintained, with strong water pressure from rainshower. We enjoy the well-equipped and cosy lobby, good for enjoying food/drinks any time or for freshening up before/after check out. Reducing a star as the new policy does not allow guests to pay to extend check-out hours, which makes the 10am checkout timing seem really restrictive.

I don’t understand why is it so complicated to check in. They have a screen that you have to put your name in it. And can’t even check in using booking number Just the name, and it has to be exactly right. I booked using my English name yet it was registered as katakana It took them 7 minutes to figure that out. Hotel’s room etc is nice but check in service was just horrible…
