The staff are all exemplary in every way. The room was astoundingly comfortable and worth every cent. The breakfast was a delight every morning. This shall be my go to hotel in Shinjuku from here on out.

This is my first hotel review on Expedia. I’m a spoilt (and very picky) traveler having stayed at the most luxurious hotels worldwide both for business and leisure. Having said that, Bellustar hotel has far exceeded all my expectations and even Ritz and Astoria pale in comparison with the service, amenities, central location, impeccable food options and ambience. 10 out of 10 experience. The check in at the room without a hustle of doing it at the lobby after a long flight has added a special extra touch. I would highly recommend this hotel equally to solo, business and family travelers coming to Tokyo. Thank you to the staff for making my stay special.

We had an AMAZING stay here. The hotel is gorgeous, new, and well maintained. The staff were so accommodating, kind, welcoming and professional. The location is great, and is amazing if you are looking for an area where there is always something to do. We also had a view of Mt Fuji from our room!! Would definitely come back!

Stayed at Bellustar and another hotel in Osaka that was also five stars. This is a completely different five star property and probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff during my entire stay was phenomenal and although the property itself was beautiful, the staff made it an extraordinary experience. The hotel looks exactly likes the pictures - highly recommend staying here as it’s close (walking distance) to the main area in Shinjuku.

Bellustar Hotel is located in the heart of Shinjuku which is a plus. However, the staff are very green and unable to provide solutions when the hotel guests have problem. For example, clear directions to the Shinjuku Station (except the East exit) & unable to get information of the restaurant operating hours (they recommended a restaurant for late dining but when we arrived, already past last order time).

Everything is perfect. Very nice hotel in Shinjuku, if you are looking for high-end. However, i just wish there were one elevator that can take me to my floor without getting off at 18th floor, to take different elevator to go up.

Bellustar and staff at Bellustar need to be given more than 5 stars. We had an excellent time staying on the property and the view was amazing. Staff went above and beyond the necessary even offering turndown service which not many or even all other property offer at 4.5 star rated hotels. Breakfast included was delicious and filling to start the day and there is nothing negative I can ever say about Bellustar and its staff. Would definitely come back and stay with Bellustar in the future.

ドア入口からチェックイン迄、丁寧に対処頂きました。ただ一つ気になるのが湯船排水口の位置です。湯船の中心に有るため体がつかえると、直ぐに排水が始まります。気がついたらお湯が少なくなっていました。

Amazing view of Shinjuku from my hotel room which I am sure will be even better on a sunny day. Good western breakfast but can be improved by having more options eg: Japanese. Friendly and attentive staff who are eager to help.
