The hotel had a very old feeling about it. Nothing really wrong with that, just had a "the shining feeling" about it. Take from it what you will. The step down from the toilet was around 30cm or more, could have hurt a lesser man stepping down from there brushing your teeth.

東京ビックサイトに早朝から行かねばならず宿泊させて頂きました。もはや貴重となった室内喫煙。建物は古いけれど不満は特にありません。 シャワーなどの水圧もしっかりしてる。パジャマ（ワンピース型）はベットに置いてありました（エレベーター前との情報がネットにあったが）。アメニティはフロント前。コーヒーが無くお茶と紅茶のパックもそこで。それもネット上に情報があったのでコーヒーを持っていきました。毛布をフロントで借りました。 エレベーターの真横の部屋でドアの下の隙間から人が歩くと影が見えるので「チン」ていう音が気になるのかな？と思ったけど寝てしまえば気にならず。 フロントでのチェックイン、アウトもスムーズでビジネスホテルとしては文句なしです。

喫煙部屋でしたが部屋の広さは過去に他で宿泊した所より広くて良かったです。窓側には弊害になる建物などもなかったので、部屋の中が暗い感じにならず身支度ができました。 料金設定によりですが、また利用したいホテルです。

新幹線線路沿いのホテルで、新幹線が通過する度にかなりの音がする。 ホテルまわりはマック以外の飲食店がない（フロントマンよりヒヤリング）。 現在浜松町駅まわりは大規模工事中で、ホテルに表示時間でたどり着くにはかなりの事前確認が必要。その旨表示すべきと思う。
