Sadly this was quite the disappointment. If you do stay pay attention to the pictures so you know where the entrance is. Then you enter a very small elevator and get off in a small space to your front door so best to hold your luggage until you’ve checked in. Then it’s an app to check in which did not work so my son had to reboot at least once, very frustrating process. Thankful he is tech savvy so handed it. The pics look lovely so we’re a bit surprised to come into cement floors. The unit was very cold upon arrival. My bed sheets were clean but had stains on them. It was spacious and lots of windowed with a nice view of the city from a distance.

The room was very spacious. Relatively clean, but not the cleanest. The laundry machine was not able to dry the clothes and left our laundry with a must smell. The ambulance or fire station is near by so you hear sirens often

Great room. Elevator was too small and no hallway. Overall the room was great. It was spacious and clean.

Location is great for proximity to shopping, restaurant and bars. No reception area or lobby. You are stuck communicating using a tablet outside the front door. So commmucation is challenging. Especially when they were asking for our passport copies while our luggage was inside because they were kind enough to let us leave them inside when we came too early. So we left the luggages so can go shop and come back. That was very nice of them. But they wouldn't let us open the door to get our passports. Catch 22. All this time 5 of us talking to them by messages in an very small unventilated hot and humid foyer. Foyer outside the door is 4 x 4 meters with no ventilation - bad during the summer. Elevator is even smaller but has AC. Our floor has a few unclean spots. Extra bedding are stored in some stained containers. Washer dryer, fridge, stove, microwave, plates, pots and pans, utlentils are useful.

5 nights as a family of 5. The very cood: Location, location, location. Just 5 min walk from Shibuya Crossing and Station. While still on a relatively quite road. Cant beat the location. The Good: Clean place. Bright with lot of windows. Had all the basic required amenities. Slept a family of 5 with 3 grownup children comfortably. The Not So Good: We couldnt find the place as at forst as there was no signs or property name/number. Second, we didnt receive the access code till.we reach the property and we had to wait in hot and wet conditions (raining) outside till the access go sorted out. The elevator and hall area outside the apartment's door is so smal that only 2-3 people can stand at once. You have the keep the elevator door open to stand 4th or 5th person if togather. So entry was not a plesant experience for us. There are tablet screen next to apartment door with 24/7 help which was quick to sort things out. The Bad: Dryer in the washer didnt work and we had wet clothes theoughout our stay to be dried on chairs and tables and other hangers. This made the living area congested for us and not fully usable. And the Air Conditioner in the main living area kept turning off despite the settings being continously on. This was not pleasant in the hot weather. The bedroom Air Con worked fine so it did help to manage the overall temperature a bit. We asked for assistance to fix these two things and the help never came so this was very dissapointing.

We loved how spacious this property was for us. (Family of 4 who are pretty all on the taller side). The place felt like home right away. The elevator was quick and efficient, we felt safe and private. The place had a beautiful source of sunlight and illuminated our place with nice vibes. At night we heard the fire station a few times but it wasn’t that bad. And only other con is that the address provided is difficult to find for taxi drivers. There is no sign that says hotel re:once anywhere. We ended up using the address of Lawson nearby to get dropped off once or twice using a taxi. Overall Hotel Re:Once is amazing and I’ll always miss this place. The spacious hotel in Shibuya is so hard to find and we feel blessed to have found this place :)

Convenient to Shibuya

The check-in is horrible. Make sure you have the phone number ready to call so you can get in. Place is located very close to the heart of Shibuya. It’s loud due to the where it is - price for convenience! No couch but it’s a very functional place if you need four beds in one spot.

This was a really spacious apartment for our family of four (including two teens). There was extra bedding available in the closet in case you needed it, as well as other useful supplies throughout. Caveats: There is a fire station a few blocks away so if you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs. And the washer is loud so definitely only run it while you’re away for the day.

Very cute place that had everything we needed. It was about a 15 minute walk to the main part of the city & very accessible to convenient stores, restaurants, shopping & the train stations. Will definitely stay here again.
