I stay in this hotel for many years. It was room service every day. This year once in three days. Everyone put garbage outside the rooms . Not nice view. Going to elevator on the way with garbage and dirty towels that people put on the door handle in provided bags. Interesting, if they put clean towels in the same bags…

浜駅からホテルまで、改札出てから5分以内で着きます。日中、渋谷で過ごしてから浜駅に移動しましたが、渋谷と比べてホテル周辺は、落ち着いた大人っぽい雰囲気でした。 ホテルは清潔でオシャレでした。スタッフの対応は、良くも悪くも印象がありません。

A little bit more of a secluded area but plentiful food options about a 10-15 min walk away. Good hotel and rooms. The coin-operated laundry instructions must be read carefully...the max load for a dry-cycle is 3kg, which is quite light. Putting in more will mean even with additional drying time (I paid for 1 and a 1/2hr more drying), the clothes do not dry well.

Perfect stay! Walkable too many areas; dining, the train station right out the front door made an easy commute to all of Tokyo. BEAUTIFUL views of the park out of our room. Room was spacious, beds comfortable and bathroom was spacious (great shower and I already miss the Japanese toilets). Breakfast was ok... it was convenient, but super expensive relative to the price of food in the area. The bakery right next door to the property was AMAZING. If I stayed again I would not do the breakfast and eat at the bakery every day :)

Hotel was ok. There are certain amenities you get at better hotels that this didn’t offer but the location is top notch. Hamacho is a perfect place to stay in Tokyo and this hotel is right at a train station. The lobby gives a pretty dirty impression of the hotel and the staff seemed friendly but not overly eager. It made the important first impression not so good. They need to renovate their lobby and work on overall first look. Other than that it’s safe, comfy bed and basic hotel.
