Good size room for Tokyo. Great location- lots of train stations within 2-5min walk meant we had direct train lines to everything. Great bathroom amenities. Clean room, comfortable bed. You can hear trains a little from Tokyo station if your room is on that side but it's not bad that it bothers you at all. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend it. Safe and clean area/location around hotel.

Exceptional - very clean, well maintained, helpful and courteous staff. Bed and bedding was excellent, and bathroom was really nice- updated and spotless. Cafe / restaurant was nice also. Afternoon Tea was very good. I would have liked to seen a little better equipped fitness center. It was very clean and well maintained, but small- and could have used some free weights. Overall a great property, and so conveniently located next to Tokyo station.

The Marunouchi Hotel is a beautiful hotel right next to the busy Tokyo Station, so it is extremely convenient for travelers. It has restaurants within walking distance, as well as the beautiful Imperial Gardens. From desk staff are polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and spacious.

We booked the corner room and it was excellent! Breakfast buffet had a great variety and the service was perfect. We especially loved the location of the hotel and proximity to Tokyo Station. They offered many amenities in the room including skincare products and pj’s. Our only complaint was that Japanese pillows are very stiff and we prefer softer pillows. We asked but they did not have any.

Our favorite place to stay in Tokyo! Super convenient location attached to Tokyo station makes traveling super easy. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. The overall facilities of the hotel are very good and well-maintained. The rooms are clean, and the location is extremely convenient, with an elevator providing direct access to the train station's underground passage. However, the soundproofing is quite poor. Since the hotel is located directly opposite the train station, you can not only hear the noise of passing trains but also feel the vibrations when they go by. What surprised me the most was that the hotel charged a so-called “foreigner tax.” I have stayed at many hotels in Japan, and this is the only one that has ever imposed such a fee, which I found quite unusual and disappointing. Considering the price, I do not think the experience justifies the cost.

I had a great stay at Marunouchi Hotel. The location is perfect. It is right across Tokyo station and directly linked to the station from the basement. The room is really spacious. The tatami seating area in the room is a pleasant surprise. Every night before bed, we sat at the tatami, drinking tea & enjoying the city view. The breakfast buffet is good enough and the staff are very helpful.
