A fairly dated hotel. The room was small, but adequate. Walls were paper thin so was noisy. Location was good with two train stations nearby. It was a fairly quiet area with not much around. Breakfast offered was quite good.

Overall, i will give them 3 out of 5 stars. Why? Here are the reasons. The thing that i liked about this hotel was that it was close to train stations, convenient stores, restaurants, and 15 mins walk from the Nagoya Castle. the room is pretty ok size. Has there own restaurant in the bottom basement floor. The dislike about this hotel was the day we checked in, and it was about at 11pm. An older gentleman staff member at the front counter was helping us. I felt like he was upset about something. I don't know what, but the way he talked to us and the way he helped us was not very friendly. Also, our Expedia travel package included breakfast. How did i know? So the next morning, my son and i went to the front counter to ask one of the staff members( different person) and i said if my Expedia travel package includes breakfast. She double checked my liter if the breakfast

Pleasant room was a comfortable size. Good price for the room and the proximity to Tokyo station and local metro lines was very convenient. Quieter business area but within easy walking distance to the upscale Ginza area.

Wenn man längere Tagen dort hat, wird das Zimmer ab den 3ten Tag gründlich gereinigt. Ansonsen kann man seinen Müll & Handtücher usw. vor der Tür abstellen. Frühstück kann ich nichts dazu sagen, weil vor Ort kannst im 7/11 oder Familiy Markt was holen. Nachteil die Wände sind sehr dünn. Zimmer sind klein, kannst nicht deinen Koffer ausbreiten. War zufrieden. Vor dem Hotel hast eine gute Anbindung mit der Metro. Gegend war ruhig bwz. Abends waren einige Nachbarn laut.

The rooms were very small, but honestly, based on my wife’s knowledge of Japan, that was to be expected. It is a very high populated area, and space is very limited. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly. The place was clean. The rooms only get cleaned, every three days. Not good for people with small children. My only complaint is that all of the TV stations are broadcasted in Japanese. That was not cool.

Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen und dünne Wände. Personal ist freundlich, aber im Zimmer war leider kein Wasser oder Kaffee vorhanden, wie ich es oft in Japan schon gesehen habe.

The interior of the room is old but well maintained. But the non-smoking rooms smell strongly of cigarettes, thankfully, the air filter in the room makes it better. While we were staying there, the building was being renovated, so it was sometimes very noisy in the mornings.
