Metro has an exit that lets out 30 meters from the hotel front door. Place is a little dated but it was very affordable to stay for the night.

This hotel literally sits on top of Exit 3 of Magome station for the Asakusa line. You take the line on platform 2 towards Gotanda where you transfer to the Yamanote line, and you're in Tokyo within like 20 minutes. Its extremely convenient where this hotel is located.

Not a hotel for the single female traveller
I must start by saying that I was confused between this hotel and the Toyoko Inn ,which is in a better location and caters to a more mixed group than this hotel. It caters for the business man and friends and the walls are thin! I booked for 12 nights but in the end left after 2. The staff were friendly but spoke little to no English,but I doubt they have had much experience there. Although right next door to a station it is on one of the more obscure lines.

The hotel is located on the nice area of Tokyo, easy to take the subway.The condition of the room is big and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Not near the airport.
For some reason, this is showing up as near the Haneda airport. It is not. While it is very close to a train station, so that you won't have to drag your luggage too far, it doesn't have a lot of anything near. Which means that you will struggle to find anything to eat except the curry house next door (Good if you like curry, not so much if you want to find something else). The taxi ride to the airport was nearly the same amount as from the airport to the hotels in Shinjuku. While I can't say what the other Tokyo Inns are like, this one is equivalent to a motel 6 or 8 in the states.

room very small for westerners who are tall. My husband could not close the bathroom door and sit on the toilet at the same time. The bed had 3 walls around it, so uncomfortable for tall people to sleep in. No English cable (other hotels had BBCTV at least). Breakfast was great and very close to the subway

Air con gets turned off
Had a 8 days stay in Tokyo Inn. Hotel is overall ok. Only issue is that the air conditioning will be turned off around midnight and around 10am in the morning. This happened for 3 nights. When we called the front desk, we were told that maintenance is going on. The disruption will last 10 - 20 minutes each time.

Next to the station, distance from city center
The hotel is a bit far from the city center. Additional 20 minutes subway ride is needed to reach major tourist areas and railway interchanges. However this is the cheapest hotel which is next to a subway station. Great one if you'll use the subway pass. Convenient location, right next to the subway station exit. Comfortable community and convenience store nearby. Typical hotel at Tokyo. Not many additional facilities, however, the hotel is tidy and clean overall. A great deal and comfort stay at Tokyo!

Reasonable hotel, a bit out of the way
This hotel is a neat little hotel with pleasant staff and clean reasonable accommodations as far as Tokyo standards go. The facilities are basic with smaller sized rooms that is typical of Tokyo. The main drawback is that it is a bit further out. Best to get there through the subway to the megome station and up the lift which is next door to the hotel entrance. You may have to change from JR to subway and sometimes need to change on the subway line. I didn't get time to explore the local area as we were only there for a short period.

Thin walls but great location
The walls are a little thin (You can hear other guests enjoying themselves) but the staff was very kind and the hotel is very conveniently located near a subway station. The beds are hard and the rooms small compared to an American hotel but it did the job and I enjoyed my time there.

Pricey for the size
The bed was ok. Room was very small and close to each other for the price. Our neighbors were heard easily. Very close to sub way station and easy to find.

Convenient hotel, next to a metro
Room was comfortable, Service was excellent. Except Restaurant , where at least a white bread should have been made available for foreigners like us, if we want to stay. Because of this, I am forced to look for other hotels, next time I visit to Japan.

Comfy hotel!
Nice hotel with friendly staff, they booked our taxi to the airport. There are toileteries and tea bags available at reception free of charge. The hotel is located right beside a metro station but there is about a 20 min walk to the closest JR station (for Japan railpass holders).

Great Location Near Magome Station
This hotel is in a great location near the Magome Station. Walk out of the hotel, make a right and bamo the train station is right there. My only real gripe was that the restroom was very small otherwise a great hotel.

Regular tokyo business hotel.
It was a pretty standard Japanese hotel where you need only take 2 steps and you reach either the bed, toilet or door. No doubt about cleanliness but room was a little small for a double room. Size of room seemed to be that of a semi-double. Entrance to subway was just next door.

Convenient location and helpful staff
Within feet of the subway which is nice when it rains. Staff was very helpful. The restaurant next door, Coco's, was a great stop in the morning for the buffet.

The hotel itself was nice. The services were okay. The type (non smoking) I asked for was not what I got. The room was on a floor for smoking. I have asthma and the smoke triggered attacks in the middle of the night. I told the clerks in the morning and didn't speak enough english to help me. I would not recommend this hotel as one for comfort.

Old Hotel but enough for economy staying
Tokyo Inn is a good hotel to stay if you are on budget. The hotel itself is not luxurious, they are old and in renovation at my time of staying. The staff is helpful but have difficulties on english speaker like us. The advantages is the area is nice to stay and quiet, also the location is just next to a station exit. The disadvantages are the hotel itself is old and the bathroom need to be upgraded. but overall if you are on a budget it is nice to stay in this hotel because of the easy access to the station.

Being Japan the rooms are small, but the service and extras more than compensate. Located conveniently next to subway. Toothbrush, razors etc. all provided for free. Great buffet with American and Japanese options.

Near by Haneda international airport
Cheap as hotel in Tokyo. It takes 20 min to go to Haneda airport by taxi. Convenience store is in front if the hotel. Super clothe to subway station.

good value one night stay
it is for the convenience of catching an early flight to Haneda Airport. ONE NIGHT ONLY ( a couple maybe in case of emergency ). Everything average but there was a CONSTANT NOISE of the extractor in the bathroom ( inside of the room itself) and we could not sleep. Upon our complaint the night manager offered to share the costs of our cab to the airport. It was a good and kind gesture.

Very small congested room and bathroom
The single occupancy room was very very small. The facilities in the room were very basic. The bathroom is very tiny and even a person of 5'8'' height could not properly bath! The TV set in the room does not have English options. Good only if you are looking for night stay only.

The staff was rude to me right off the start ,I got there 2:30 after a long flight and he wouldn't check me in until 3:30 even though there was probably rooms ready he just brought out the rules on me so he didn't have to work right away. Theres only WiFi in the lobby ,the interent in the rooms is wired through an ethernet cable, so you need a labtop to use it. The staffs english was very poor and seem disguised to try to even put an effort to communicate with me, I thought twice before I would want to ask a question in fear that it would go no where and they would be bitter with me.

A OK Hotel
The hotel is like 20 seconds walk from the metro station. The room is very small that you almost don't have space to open your luggage. The have wifi in lobby but not in hotel rooms.
