Room was excellent with all facilities required. Breakfast was a voucher but couldn't use because the place said open 7am but when I got there wasn't open until 11am. Better to get breakfast separately.

Front desk receptionist are always warm and helpful. Amenities provided are decent, the washer dryer unit in the room was particularly useful and a standout feature. Location is good as well, as you can walk to Ginza. However, the smoking lobby on Level 1 is terrible! The smell is trapped in the only hotel lobby there is, and I think it affects the central AC as I could smell it even on the level I was staying. It was unfortunate but I had to check out early as I couldn't get used to the smell.

Lovely and clean hotel, warm welcome from the staff. Convenient location as it has two nearby train stations and bus stops. The breakfast option gives you access to a variety of local cafes and a food court with multiple options.

Very clean room and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room had its own washing machine which was very handy. We didn’t cook in the room, but it had some basic dishes and a pot. I stayed here about 15 years ago and would stay here again. Great location!

Has a washer-dryer in the room which is perfect as it means you can bring fewer changes of clothes. Location is excellent , right beside to Tsukiji fish market so there are stalls selling fresh food (more than just fish) every morning right on your doorstep

Good location for Tsukiji Fish Market, and a 5 minute walk to the subway station. Staff are very helpful and polite, and room was clean. There was a washer and dryer in the room, which was amazing to have.

Enjoyed my stay here. The room is clean and has a microwave/fridge/washer/dryer/trouser press and small dining table for two with chairs. The location is great with it being next to the fish market and close to shopping and public transportation. It’s only a couple of blocks to the bridge with stunning views of the city. The check-in and check out processes were easy.
