Everything except for the over night stuff.... I told her there was no garbage can or soap to wash hands... She replied to find one and walked away gossiping about the staff from mid shift didn't clean ir wash... When was so helpful to me about a blanket and sugar for my coffee...

The pool was out of order and we were not alerted to this prior to arrival. We had planned a weekend with swimming with our grandchildren. Also the internet was not working.

The pool was closed. The breakfast was okay, but did not have many choices. The staff was not warm and welcoming when my family arrived. The room was somewhat clean. The elevator inspector report was expired. Overall, I would not book these accommodations again.

Let's start with the good. The staff was wonderful and breakfast was decent. Now the bad. The exhaust fan in the restroom was louder than a lawnmower (not even a joke), there was no Wi-Fi (they've been having issues for awhile), the pool was closed for "special maintenance", the shower head was clogged up so no shower for me. I tried to take a bath instead, but the stopper had no seal so the water drained almost as fast as it came out of the tap, and most of all, I could only lock the door from the inside. I didn't realize this until the 3rd or 4th time I left the room and came back. I was able to open the door without using the key card. I said something to the desk attendant and was offered another room but it was a downgrade. By the time i realized the issue I was not planning to leave the room until check out so I decided to stay in the room instead of packing up and moving (I kept the deadbolt locked). Other minor issues were tv was constantly pixelating, several spots of damage to the walls, one of the light switches did nothing so the sitting room was dim, and the air from the AC/heating unit smelled musty.

Parking was fine, they advertise for hot tub, no hot tub, they advertise pool, pool been down for several months. Rooms were clean and fine, except the drain in one room did not work to drain the water had to put a cloth in drain to keep it up to drain properly. Overall not the best hotel for anything but a nights sleep.

This hotel was booked exclusively based on them having a pool. The pool is advertised as an amenity online. Upon check in we saw a sign on the desk stating the pool is closed. Huge huge let down for our kids. We had to pay for last minute accommodations at a nearby hotel. Was told we could not receive any refund. Call ahead to check on status of pool before booking this hotel!

The parking was fine. The issue was that the first room they gave me, the remote to the TV didn’t work and I took it to the front desk where she changed the batteries and it still didn’t work. Went back and she gave me another remote, went back to the room and that remote didn’t work. My brother and sister came out to visit and he took the remote and she gave me another room . Got to that room and the microwave didn’t work. The WiFi didn’t work the entire time either.

Pool has been closed since October apparently, with no update to their online listings. This is predatory. They have a sign on the front desk that says “pool closed due to sudden malfunction” it’s not sudden if it was 6 months ago. Cheap owner. Breakfast was terrible, eggs were powder. Sausage was jerky. Stay elsewhere.

Decent hotel. Disappointed the pool was closed the first night and refilled but too cold to get in on the second night. Close to a lot of good restaurants and close to the Lucas co rec center where we were headed for a volleyball tournament!

Parking was okay. Water pressure in the shower left a lot to be desired. Barely enough to say you took a shower. The unit was clean enough, bed was fairly comfortable. TV set up wasn't the best. No guide to go by except what you could find on the TV and that wasn't much good. Limited channels didn't help.

Standing water in shower. Key cards wouldn’t work. Had to get front desk to let us in. Weren’t always around so had to wait until someone was at the front desk. Was very scary not knowing if we’d get in to our room when we returned late.

Upon entering the room you could see that the bed wasn’t made. They were DIRTY towels on the bathroom floor. ( We were given another room.) It had looked like someone just rolled out of bed. The attendant at the front desk said that it was the second time that day)I specifically picked this hotel because it said that there was a hot tub and pool available on your website. There is no hot tub and the pool was out of service. Please update your website. Also the WiFi didn’t let me or my wife connect. No hot tub, no WiFi, pool was out of service and a DIRTY ROOM! It’s safe to say that my wife and I didn’t have a good experience at all!!
