"Were in 3 different cities while visiting Japan. This hotel had the BEST breakfast of them all. Rooms are compact but very well laid out. Very nice amenities to take to your room, with pant presses, irons and hot and cold water available by the elevators. Rooms have water jug and kettle, cell phone charger with all the different types of connector, robe and slippers. Well located in Nagasaki, walking distance to public transit, and bus station. Walking distance to the wharf and Dejima historical site. Easy to take public transit to the Peace Park and Atomic museum, and Glovers Garden. Very comfortable bed with extra pillows."

"Great hotel for a reasonable price at a great location. Just a short distance to street car stops to tourist’s destinations and short walk to china town and dejima. Inside a shopping arcade. Highly recommend this hotel."

"This hotel is located in the southern part of the city close to the Glover Garden, which is easy to walk to. It is not an area with a lot of restaurants or any shopping areas. I didn't see the list of possible eating places until the morning I left. It was very convenient to the tram which allowed for easy transportation to all areas of the city. The staff did try to help me with my various questions."

"A wonderful place to stay whilst visiting Nagasaki. The hotel, room and Onsen were clean, well maintained and easy to access and utilize. Room was large (by Japanese standards), clean and had a large bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Property is located in the city centre, with restaurants and attractions nearby. I had a wonderful stay. Thank you"

"Room was clean and space was fair-sized. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking were a bit inconvenient, old style lift operated which needs staff to operate. No easy access for guests. No multiple entries per parking either. Close to attractions, transports and lot of dinner options. Ground floor have a number of clubs and pubs which open til late, a bit noisy because of that."
