"The AC/HEAT unit sounded like a jet engine. The room was hot when I arrived. The cove base was missing or coming off the wall in several places. The door hardware was very loose and I’m sure the room I was in could be broken into very easily. The tv didn’t work properly. The parking area was in dire need of repair.
